The Virginia Black Business Directory (VABBD) would like to thank our community partners for their support and contribution. Your generosity is humbly appreciated and will help to further our mission to promote community collaboration while also creating networking initiatives that educate and build wealth for minority business owners and consumers.

Our community partner and sponsor of the VA Black Business Directory, Virginia Partners Bank initiated an outreach effort to the smaller businesses in our area for the second round of Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans after so many of the businesses in our area missed out on the first round of funding.  The small business they are targeting through this program are the sole proprietorship's (not corporations, LLCs, or partnerships) that have $100,000 or less in annual payroll expenses. These businesses would potentially qualify for loans of up to $20,833 depending on what their normal payroll is. I’ve attached the flyer for you to send out.

Corporations, LLCs, and Partnerships are welcome to apply for a PPP loan through VPB as well but they will have to go through our normal channel found on their website.  If you know any businesses  may be on the brink or are severely struggling, please let us (VABBD) know so we can help by directly reaching out to the bank with your business name, they want to help.
